I will select what Character to use and it'll start to load. Then this happens. Even though I have DirectX10. Username Fish_E.

Ok, I think this problem is happening since you are using Vista. Am I right? To fix the error, you will need to download dx7vb.dll, put it in your system directory and then register it. If you don't know how to do this post back saying so. You can download dx7vb.dll here: www.worldwarproductions.com/Eclipse%20Library/dx7vb.dll

1.Ok. First, download the file i posted. (its called dx7vb.dll)
2.Now you have to put it in your system directory. To do this, go to "My Computer" and then go to "Local Disk(C:)" then to the folder "WINDOWS"and then go to the folder "system32"
3. Once your in the "system32" folder, drag the file (dx7vb.dll) into the folder.
4. Ok, now you have your file in your system directory, but now you need to register it.
5. Go to "start" on your computer. Now go to "Run". It should be on the bottom right side after you click start. After you click run, type in "dx7vb.dll" and click "Ok". A message box should pop up saying "dx7vb.dll has been registered successfully" or something like that.
If you still don't understand I can try to explain it clearer or add pictures to guide you. Read the instructions carefully.
